Multi-Factor Authentication Process
Starting 6/25, you will be required to utilize Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to access the Enrollment and Billing applications. MFA adds an additional layer of security by requiring a second verification step, receiving a verification code via email, phone, or authenticator app, in addition to a username and password. Upon your first log-in after MFA is enabled, you will be prompted to choose an authentication method to verify your identity. A code will be sent through your chosen method, which you will need to enter on the screen. Following this, you will create a new unique password for your account.
