If your group participates in BluesEnroll, you have already been issued a Login ID and password.
If your group is not participating, ask your employer to contact Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield
for information about BluesEnroll.
Starting June 17, 2025, all users will be required to use multi-factor authentication (MFA) when logging into BluesEnroll. Upon logging into BluesEnroll for the first time after MFA is enabled, you may be asked to change your password, and you will be able to add a safe and secure two-step verification method for your online credentials.
